Harvest Real Estate Options (HRE Options) is an independent real estate options provider. Our main target is to establish long-term and trustful business relationships with co-operative investors, who are offering and/or seeking real deals with real value in profitable market areas across the country. We target to buy houses every month. We pay cash and can close in about a week. Currently we are locating deals in Florida, South/North Carolina and Colorado. We market to identify, analyze and locate distressed properties, which can be creatively negotiated into profit-packages to other investors as well. The deals are offered to investors either through assignments or creative closing transactions, depending on the target. In the case of the assignment, we provide the deal to the investor who do their own due-diligence and closes the deal. In the latter case, we reach to provide the "deal on a platter" containing the full package with rehab inspection, appraisal and reference to get the financing (if needed).
When selling your house to an investor whether it's us or any other investor we need to be able to buy at wholesale. The advantage is a fast sale for all cash. The disadvantage is not being able to get retail for your house. Selling to an investor does however prevent you from having to market your home for 12-18 months to find just the right buyer that wants to live in your house.
